End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Gigabull LLC (“Company”) for the use of the software game known as Gigabull (“Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Rent, lease, or lend the Software.
Use the Software for any commercial purpose without explicit permission from the Company.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company retains ownership of the Software and all copies thereof.

4. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

7. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
